Enjoy relaxing hours in our finnish sauna, the salt grotto, infrared cabins, the sanarium and the rainforest showers. SALT GROTTO: The salt grotto is one of the oldest methods, using rock salt and Dead sea salt for rehablitation, prevention and the protection of health. The salt grotto provides a particular microclimate which is free of germs. The air is filled with minerals (i.e. Iodine, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium) and microorganisms. Suitable music and the colour light therapie additionally provide balance and relaxation. SOLARIUM: A visit in our solarium not only contributes to a better complexion but also has a wide range of health promoting effects, for instance, it has a positive effect on the mood, it activates the production of happiness hormones in the brain and strengthens the cardiovascular system. WELLSYSTEM RELAX MASSAGE: Lying on the WELLSYSTEM RELAX means utmost relaxation without any effort. There is no need to undress, to change one's clothes or to have a shower afterwards because you can use WELLSYSTEM RELAX totally dressed. The handling of the relaxation bed is easy and self-explanatory. There are different kinds of massage programmes which all are stored on chip cards, the chip cards only need to be inserted into the control panel (joystick).
