Lake
The pond which became a swimming lake.
The "Kahr pond" in Wiener Neudorf has become a wonderful swimming lake. The area of Wiener Neudorf once was dominated by the large number of brick ponds and one of them now has become a refreshing swimming lake. The whole area is surrounded by green and sunbathing lawn. Our new HB1 hotel is just a few steps away from this leisure facility. Take the opportunity for bathing pleasure and refreshment. During the summer months a lot of exciting events attract the visitor. Right next to the swimming lake you can find a cozy restaurant where local specialities are offered. The bathing season usually lasts from May to September. Water temperatures in July and August reach up to 26 degrees and make this swimming lake to one of the warmest in the whole region.
